GREEN DOGS: All of our dogs are fully worked in the following areas: retrieval drive, will retrieve different articles including rubber, wood, plastic, steel etc. and will have excellent drive for the ball. Will hunt for the ball in different environments using their nose-not their eyes and will have some possession for it. Dogs are tested under gunfire doing retrieval to see if there is any reaction. They must be non-reactive, totally ignoring the gunfire- showing no fear or aggression to it. The bite work is advanced, being fully committed to hitting the sleeve hard with a full bite on stationary, chase (escape) and courage tests. All dogs are tested in several locations to measure their full intensity and nerve. They are also tied off and left alone while being threatened by an unknown person that acts in a aggressive fashion- No equipment is present on the helper for this test- This is to test their true defense and civil drives. Dogs are also tested under gunfire during bite work to see if there is any weakness. Environmental sureness is evaluated and corrected if insufficiencies are noted, all dogs are familiar with buildings, shiny floors, stairs/cat walks, fire-escapes, dark rooms, gyms, small washrooms and crowded streets with people and cars to measure their temperament, nerve and stability. Any dog showing a weakness to the above training will NOT be offered for sale. GUARANTEES: 1-year guarantee on congenital defects along with x-rays of hips, elbows and a full vet-check are included. OBEDIENCE Our dogs are trained on & off-leash with the following commands, trained in both voice and hand signals, with a lot of distance control work done. They will also work under gunfire and be passive to it. HEEL SIT DOWN STAND COME FINISH IN-MOTION EXERCISES
AREA SEARCH
All dogs are finished off-lead
while searching for the suspect and upon finding him/her will bark and guard
to indicate or do bite reward depending on the department’s request. They are exposed to work in bush lines, parks, wooded areas, compounds, etc……
TRACKING
All dogs are finished at a mile long track (1800 paces), with the track consisting of at least 5 legs, 3 articles down, different terrains including hard surface, and cross tracks used. The track will be aged for a minimum of 1 hour old.
ARTICLE (EVIDENCE) SEARCH All dogs are trained to indicate the following objects: Glass, Leather, Steel, Wood, Plastic, Paper etc…. The indication is made by the dog downing, with the article in front of him. The articles will be aged for a minimum of 3 hours. The search is done on-lead and off-lead but directed. They will be exposed to many different types of environments.
BUILDING SEARCH After the warning is announced at the door, the dogs are trained to enter and search the building, locate the suspect and bark and guard to indicate or do bite reward depending on the department’s request. They will work off-lead. Once the dog has cleared the building, he may be called back for a directed search.
APPREHENSION
Our dogs will do chase and apprehend, stationary takedowns and courage tests with both exposed and hidden sleeves. They will apprehend under gun fire. The outs will be finished at a distance. Additional training of stand-offs, running recalls and/or tactical training can be done, depending on the needs of the individual department.
DRUG DETECTION DOGS
HASH, COCAINE, HEROIN, MARIJUANA, METHAMPHETAMINE, DRUG PARAPHERNALIA Dogs will search on-lead and off-lead while doing a directed, detailed search. They will be finished on real drugs. The indication will be aggressive. They will be familiar with obedience and agility.

Also included in our training, we burn materials such as plastics, Styrofoam, nylons, carpets, clothing, etc…. so the canine is taught to discriminate between pyrolysis odors and accelerant odors. They will search on-lead and off-lead while doing a directed detailed search. The indication is aggressive. They will be familiar with obedience and agility with special interest in different types of footing. Additional training of suspect search or evidence search can be provided.
